2018 Formula 1 calendar

Lewis Hamilton was the drivers champion for 2017 after a season long battle with Sebastion Vettel in the Ferrari and now we look ahead to the 2018 season. It promises to be interesting with the introduction of significant new F1 technical rules such as :

Driver changes - Serey Sirotkin joins Williams replacing the retired Philipe Massa. Carlos Sainz has moved to Renault from Toro Rosso replacing Jolyon Palmer.  At Toro Rosso Pierre Gasley and Brendon Hartley replace Daniil Kvyat and Carlos Sainz. Charles LeClerc joins Sauber replacing Pascal Werhlein.
Driver's leaving F1 are Philipe Massa (Williams), Jolyon Palmer (Renault), Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso), Pascal Werhlein(Sauber).

  • Will Alonso and the McLaren Renault be competitive at last ?
  • Will the Honda engine ever improve ?
  • Can Ferrari beat Mercedes this year ?
  • How will drivers Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo get on ?
  • Will overtaking be any more likely this season ?

All these questions and more will be answered during the 2018 season.
